  Nope, would never trust them. Some time ago my cat had minor surgery at my usual vet. While I was at work, the wound had bled a little so hubby took him to these people. When I collected him I was told a) he had pulled all his stitches out b) he had an infection and needed antibiotics and c) they charged me what I considered a stupid amount for a tiny amount of dressing. I turned down the antibiotics and paid the rest of the bill but feeling a little unsure I went to my usual vet the next day to get him to check for infection. He told me a) he had only put one stitch in and it was still in place and showed me. b) there was very little likelyhood of infection in that short of time period as during surgery he had been given a big dose of antibiotics and the redness was just normal after surgery and c) my vet refused to charge me for the small amount of dressing he used. I would never go back to Manly Road after that experience.

  Lovely, kind and caring people who are extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Even though we have moved over half an hour away, we still use these guys to look after our dog

  Hi. I'm here for my 4pm appointment at 3.50pm. Take a seat. Waiting area obviously full. I'll go outside. Ok. I waited outside. Staff walked out to post mail couldn't even swing a hello. Lovely lady watering garden said hello but otherwise me and my cat didn't even exist. So I waited and waited for an half hour. Three people in after me were seen. Hmmm think I'll leave after being virtually ignored doubt they even noticed or cared. Good money in vetinary world. Good service harder to find.
