  LiZ Gannon and team did a great job selling our place. We were not driven to sell initially, however she was confident that she could achieve a sell price that was higher than our expectations and she delivered this on a no sale, no fees basis. we liked her approach toward not having open homes, simply listing it on all them major websites and taking interested parties through. She was also open to our personal preferences on the photo selection for the websites. Johnson were easy to deal with and in a day and age where all the market data is available online, they provide exactly what is needed to sell a house for the best price possible and nothing more.
